Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, and Holiday availability required What You'll Do Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Create a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest. Help guests with arcade games, prizes, merchandise, and attractions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility. Monitor guest activities and ensure all safety rules are followed. Communicate facility guidelines and policies clearly and professionally. Process point-of-sale transactions accurately. Conduct inventory checks and restock merchandise as needed. Assist with facility inspections and general maintenance tasks. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong customer-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred. Reliable transportation to Flushing, NY. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus. Physical Requirements Team Members must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, including: Standing and walking for extended periods. Reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and balancing. Using hands and arms to handle merchandise, equipment, and cleaning tools. Reading, writing, hearing, and communicating effectively. Working in a fast-paced, active entertainment environment.
