Duties Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
