Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demos when needed Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling with precision Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person Assist with inventory management through stocking and merchandising activities to keep the store inviting and organized Experience Ability to maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
