Duties Operate the cash register accurately, handling retail sales transactions with speed and precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering product knowledge. Manage cash drawer handling and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct product demos when needed to showcase features and benefits to customers. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing products to create an inviting shopping environment. Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person, ensuring clear and professional interactions. Support store operations by supervising team members during shifts when required, helping to coordinate tasks efficiently. Handling customers in driv-through and front counter. Cleaning when needed or instructed Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued for engaging a diverse customer base. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for team coordination roles. Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cash register operations and retail math calculations. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and store presentation standards. Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with retail math, cash handling procedures, and cash drawer management is essential for accuracy and accountability.
