The ideal candidate:
Is extremely organized Can handle accountability on valuable inventory Has an eye for consumer trending Communicates professionally and effectively Has a high school diploma or equivalent Has some schedule flexibility if needed to travel to various store locations as required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Basic math skills for retail calculations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectivelyResponsibilities:
- Drive sales floor and implement and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective product assortments and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Conduct regular inventory Audits
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
- Train and educate store staff on merchandising best practices and brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including product placement, pricing, and signage.
Pay:
$18.50- $21.
