Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 Enroll patrons into the loyalty program, issue patrons loyalty program player cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, answer questions about patron's accounts, and assist the Marketing Department with all gaming promotions. Counts down bank or window at end of each shift and reconciles to the draw Completes a blind drop on all revenues collected during the Operates assigned bank or window according to department and regulatory Completes all required shift paperwork according to internal control Records any applicable cash transactions that are required by Federal Law Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and Provides information and assistance to customers in a friendly, courteous manner to ensure the delivery of guest Offer information on activities, etc., and direct guests for further information as necessary.
