• Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time Responsibilities:

• Scoop and serve ice cream to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions about flavors and toppings
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream shop
• Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area clean
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Sanitize equipment and utensils regularly

Skills:

• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Attention to detail for accurate scooping and portioning of ice cream
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

Note:

Prior experience as an ice cream scooper or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
