Service Cashier Mike Castrucci Ford Milford - Milford, OH Job Type Part-Time-25-30 hours per week Schedule Monday-Saturday Join the Mike Castrucci Ford Milford Team! Mike Castrucci Ford Milford is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our award-winning Service Department. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. As the first and last person many of our service customers interact with, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Process payments for service repair orders accurately. Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Assist customers with questions regarding service visits. Support Service Advisors and the Service Manager with administrative duties. Maintain accurate customer records using dealership software. Help keep the cashier and customer waiting areas clean and organized. Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction. Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning dealership management software. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Reliable, punctual, and team oriented. High school diploma or GED preferred.
