Start Date:

Immediate Global Grocery Store LLC is seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Cashier to join our team at our international grocery store. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage cash transactions efficiently, and assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately using POS system Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments Assist customers with bagging groceries and providing assistance as needed Answer customer inquiries and direct them to products or store sections Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies Assist with inventory checks and restocking shelves when necessary Maintain knowledge of store promotions, discounts, and special offers to inform customers Adhere to all company policies and procedures for security and cash handling Help maintain a safe and clean store environment by following health and safety standards Support the store team with other duties as assigned, including light stocking or product arrangement

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or in customer service (preferred) Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
