Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier / Front Counter Team Member to join our team. Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude Take customer orders accurately in person and through our POS system Process cash and card payments Answer customer questions about menu items Prepare and package customer orders when needed Keep the front counter, dining area, and cashier station clean and organized Help with basic restaurant duties when needed Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for our guests Requirements Previous restaurant or cashier experience is preferred but not required Friendly and professional attitude Good communication and customer-service skills Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Must be able to work as part of a team
