You are the first voice a guest hears, the last impression they leave with, and everything in between. This role requires energy, warmth, and an attention to detail that does not waver when it gets busy. Whether you are behind the register, running the pick-up window, or bridging the gap between the kitchen and the guest, you set the tone. We expect you to own it. Responsibilities Greet every guest warmly and engage them genuinely — this is not a transactional interaction Accurately ring up orders using the POS system Handle cash and card transactions accurately; cash handling experience is required Suggestive sell naturally — know the menu inside and out, make recommendations, and upsell with confidence Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and current offerings Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries, orders, and information Manage the pick-up window for to-go and third-party delivery orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) Verify third-party orders for accuracy before releasing to the driver Ring up and assist guests with branded merchandise purchases Keep the dining room guest-ready at all times — pick up trash, wipe tables, maintain cleanliness throughout your shift Restock drinks, condiments, napkins, and supplies as needed Qualifications Cash handling experience required Sales experience preferred — you should be comfortable making recommendations, upselling, and driving guest spend naturally Strong interpersonal and customer service skills — you must genuinely enjoy people Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Menu knowledge will be expected within the first two weeks of employment Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an entire shift Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused in every interaction
Pay:
