Full Job Description What This Role Looks Like:
Help lead the front-of-house experience in the marketplace Support smooth checkout flow and assist cashiers and volunteers during busy shifts Handle transactions and help troubleshoot POS questions Keep the front-of-store organized, stocked, and welcoming Engage customers about local food, our events, and membership You Might Be a Great Fit if: You enjoy guiding a team and helping things run smoothly You stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment You have strong attention to detail with transactions and cash handling You enjoy connecting with community members and supporting local food You're excited to learn more about Central Oregon's local food system
