ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Provides the highest level of customer service, emphasizing courteous assistance to each customer by greeting and acknowledging guests in a friendly manner, using the customer's name whenever possible. Acknowledges customers while at the register, while on the sales floor, and passing in hallways, etc. Aids guests, including locating items within the store, providing location directions, road condition updates as requested, and assisting customers at the fuel dispenser if needed. Operates cash register and processes transactions within department guidelines for all Arrowhead-approved payment methods. Responsible for staying current on in-store promotions. Maintains sales counter in an organized, safe, and tidy manner while replenishing supplies as needed. Informs supervisor of supply needs and assists with stocking point-of-sale supplies. Assists with maintaining stock and cleanliness of coffee bar, deli bar, cooler, and point of sale area. Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy, bulky items onto shelving including overheads when changing displays or replenishing products. Promotes customer service by handling inquiries and requests. Ensures that operation of equipment, tools, and materials are handled in a safe and sanitary manner. Compliance with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc. Assists customers with items located in locked cases. Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Six (6) months of retail cashier or front-line customer service work experience. Work various schedules, shifts, and holidays. Stand for long periods; bending and lifting regularly; lifting a minimum weight of 40 pounds chest high and repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers. Possess excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter, and be able to perform essential job duties with minimal supervision. Requires strong communication skills, and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people. Requires a criminal history background check. Must be at least 18 years of age.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED. OR ten (10) years of experience. Non Gaming Badge
