Communicate effectively with customers to promote products and services through upselling techniques. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience. Assist in supervising junior staff members during busy periods to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. Stay informed about promotions, sales, and new products to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements Previous experience in cash handling or retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
