Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and mobile payments Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customer warmly and addressing inquiries promptly Conduct product demos when applicable to educate customers about menu Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to maintain an attractive store environment Handle cashing out transactions with precision, ensuring correct change and receipt issuance Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating with team members Basic math skills for quick calculations during transactions Knowledge of stocking, Ability to perform retail math accurately for daily operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Do prep food, ring orders, multitask Must have OLCC permit to sell Must have food handler card
