Job Description
Pop's Steaks is seeking a dependable and experienced cashiers to join our team in Conshohocken. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality and consistency are key. ⸻
Position Overview:
The cashier is responsible for providing a positive customer experience, accurately processing orders, and maintaining an organized front-of-house area. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. ⸻Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process transactions (cash and card)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle high-volume service periods with efficiency and composure ⸻
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience preferred, but not required ⸻
Compensation & Schedule:
