Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Excellent verbal communication skills to interact positively with customers. Experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Proficient in operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately. Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to supervise junior staff when needed, ensuring adherence to store policies. Enthusiastic about selling products and delivering exceptional customer service.
