• Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all stock is replenished as needed.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in Asian restaurants.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail sales practices is beneficial.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential for success in this role.
