Full-Time Job Description Grocery Outlet in Newcastle is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Stocker/Cashiers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, and keeping a store organized and fully stocked. Responsibilities Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise Ensure products are properly rotated and organized Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Provide friendly and helpful customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Assist with unloading deliveries and backroom organization Follow store policies and safety procedures Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and cash handling skills Dependable and punctual Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Flexible scheduling 401(k) matching Supportive team environment
