Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience in grocery store or retail environments preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. Ability to supervise and guide junior staff when necessary. Proven retail sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with product demos to effectively showcase items to customers.
