JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Berks Food Services is seeking organized and motivated employees, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Hours are Monday 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Tuesday 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Starting rate of $14.00/hour. Job Duties Handle credit or campus dining dollar transactions with customers. Scan goods and collect payments. Ensure pricing is correct. Issue receipts, refunds, or tickets. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information. Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Requirements and Qualifications Basic math knowledge Communication Customer service Efficiency Attention to detail Basic knowledge of point of sales system This opening is not open to currently enrolled Penn State students or student workers.
