Job Description
Matunuck Pizza Pie Co is small but mighty shop focused on thin crispy New York style pizza , delicious classic sandwiches, salads and cocktails. Full-time and part-time positions available. All jobs are hourly+TIPS. We are a part of the Matunuck Group which is headlined by The Ocean Mist. Employees get access to seeing music acts and other amazing perks. Here's what the counter attendant position will do: Assist in helping kitchen when needed. Make saalads and sandwiches when needed. Take phone orders, enter into our POS system, and collect payments while providing excellent customer service. Cash tips taken home each day. Quickly complete opening and closing duties each shift ensuring you and your team are set for success. Follow all policies and processes communicated by your Manager/Shift Leader. Follow all sanitation and hygiene requirements, practices, and guidelines Other Qualifications and expectations: It's pizza at the beach, connected to a surf shop. We look for employee's willing to smile and approach each shift with positivity Guest facing experience and Point of Sale (POS) experience is a plus Time handling money, organizing orders and confidently communicating with guests both in person and on the phone is required. Expected to provide accurate availability; check schedule regularly and have consistent attendance.
