Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and E-commerce orders. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Manage retail math tasks such as pricing, inventory counts, and sales reporting to support store operations efficiently. Support landscape maintenance activities like lawn care or gardening tasks when needed to enhance the overall store environment. Qualifications Previous experience or strong interest in floral design, gardening, or horticulture is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, merchandising, and inventory management. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor during busy periods. Knowledge of POS systems and retail math concepts to support daily sales operations effectively. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with customers of all backgrounds.
