PREMIER Bankcard Work Site This job is offered on-site in Sioux Falls. Employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating. Shift OptionsFull-Time:
Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm or Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pmPart Time:
Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm- No Sundays!
Role:
- Respond to and resolve customer issues for those considering closing their accounts and offer solutions to retain them.
- Ensure that all tasks meet quality standards and comply with regulations by following established procedures and company guidelines.
- Educate customers on benefits, rewards, and features of retaining the account.
- Maintain control of conversations and appropriately answer customer objections and questions Training
- Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length.
- Ongoing training opportunities for future success! Pay Base wage starting at $17.25-19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.
- Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
- Career path from Associate I to Associate IV - each step earning an increase in pay
