Responsibilities Operate the cash register and POS (Point of Sale) system accurately during retail sales transactions Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision and integrity Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise Upsell products and promote store specials to maximize sales opportunities Maintain an organized cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist with merchandising efforts to keep the store inviting Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries Support inventory management through stocking and product replenishment as needed Supervise or assist with other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations Skills Proficient in POS systems and cashiering operations with strong retail math skills Previous supervising experience in a retail setting is a plus Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transactions Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer interactions Knowledge of retail store product lines and merchandising techniques Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Capable of conducting product demos confidently to engage customers Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling and cross-selling Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates good phone etiquette and professional communication skills Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
