Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with product sales.Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain an orderly cashier station
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required
