In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling sales transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and appreciated. You'll play a vital role in driving store success and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process Food sales transactions swiftly and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and providing change with precision Deliver excellent customer service by greeting Diners, answering questions Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Maintain a clean work space Assist in food running and bagging. Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a Dining environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers in bilingual settings if applicable Basic math skills for handling transactions, giving accurate change, and managing retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety is a plus Supervising experience is beneficial for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy working in a lively Restaurant setting, and are eager to develop your skills in sales, cashiering, and store operations.
