Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Help with general office and clerical tasks such as office supply management, tidying desks and cashier windows, and interfacing between customers and dealership employees Assume responsibility for cash register and cash control to ensure that all amounts are correct Offer answers to questions about specific costs, fees, and receipt values for customers Escalate any customer complaints quickly to the service advisor, greet customers with a smile, and maintain a professional appearance Answer questions about costs and services, print receipts, and issue refunds for customers, as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people is essential Clerical, basic computer skills and cash register skills are necessary Fundamental math skills are necessary to successfully calculate payments and fees, reconcile outstanding billing, and issue refunds Possession of a valid driver's license A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required About Company "Where Quality is a Tradition," Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas, was established in 1983. It is a 58,000-square-foot facility on 9 acres located at 45th and Soncy.
