Greet customer, deliver quality customer service and communicate with them to determine their orders
Take customers' orders and ensure that correct order has been punched in
Complete treat orders like, ice cream and drink orders
Take payments and tender correct change
Relay customers' orders to the kitchen and ensure that each order is expedited
Assist in packing ready orders and handing them to customers
Ensure that the counter area is kept clean and organized at all times
Ensure that products are properly stocked
Wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining/service areas to proper receptacle, sweep, mop, and other cleaning tasks
Service customers' requests and complaints and make sure that any serious complaint is brought to the notice of the manager
May be crossed trained to assist with the cooking
