Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding product selections Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling techniques Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, ensuring correct change and transaction records Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and appealing store layout .
