Duties Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately. Operate the cash register, processing transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and are prepared in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. Skills Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using cash registers and handling money accurately. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change to customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
