About the role We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Route Collector to manage cash collections, ATM servicing, and TRT operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong financial accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage complex cash movements and reconciliations. Responsibilities Service assigned route locations, including cash collection, ATM replenishment, and TRT handling Accurately count, reconcile, and document all funds collected Calculate and allocate funds across machines, ATMs, and locations, including third-party fees and revenue splits Prepare deposits and maintain precise financial records Identify and resolve discrepancies in collections and reporting Maintain strict adherence to cash handling, security, and internal controls Communicate operational or financial issues to leadership Build and maintain professional relationships with location partners Stock and fill product in machines Ensure machines are clean and in working condition Communicate any machine issues or location concerns to the service team Skills & Qualifications Experience with gaming, vending, or amusement routes Experience handling ATMs or financial equipment Familiarity with revenue share models or third-party fee structures Required Proven experience in cash handling, route operations, ATM servicing, or similar role Strong math skills and ability to perform real-time calculations and reconciliations High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and accountability Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently Perks & Benefits Simple IRA with 3% company match Paid time off Sick time off Bereavement Holiday pay Dental Insurance Medical Insurance Equal Opportunity Employer Onesource Amusement, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
