$11-$14/hour + tips About Us Big Pop's Popcorn Co. is a nostalgic, Americana-themed popcorn and candy shop in the heart of Fredericksburg. We're all about small-batch flavor, old-fashioned charm, and treats that make people smile. We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member to be the face of our shop and help keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude Bag and package popcorn to order Stock and organize candy, popcorn, and merchandise displays Keep the shop clean, tidy, and inviting throughout your shift Answer customer questions about flavors, ingredients, and products Work closely with teammates to keep the shop running smoothly during busy rushes Help with light stockroom/inventory tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys talking with customers Reliable and punctual Comfortable handling cash and basic register operations (or willing to learn) Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20-30 lbs Team player who's willing to pitch in wherever needed Schedule Part-time, 12-22 hours per week, including weekends.
