Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Donut Shop Prep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality donuts and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our shop. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Duties Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are sanitized and maintained. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by following sanitation guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing inventory and sales transactions is a plus. Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. A willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills related to food preparation and service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
