Duties Stock shelves accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are organized and replenished regularly Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions quickly and accurately Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Maintain clean and attractive merchandising displays that draw customer attention Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering assistance Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating restock needs to supervisors Skills Previous experience with POS systems and cashiering is highly desirable Supervising experience in retail or grocery store settings is a plus Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills and phone etiquette for engaging with customers and team members Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stocking procedures Experience conducting product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with grocery store operations and retail sales processes This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
