Job Description

Job Summary:
The Cashier is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, processing payments, preparing beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately.

Operate the cash register and process cash, credit/debit, and other payments.

Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, donuts, kolaches, and other menu items.

Answer customer questions about products and assist with recommendations.

Keep the front counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized.

Restock supplies and merchandise as needed.

Follow food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.

Work effectively with other team members during busy periods.

Perform opening, closing, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Friendly and positive attitude.

Good customer-service and communication skills.

Reliable and punctual.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic cash-handling and math skills.

Previous cashier or food-service experience is helpful but may not be required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store, lift and carry supplies, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced food-service environment.
