In this energetic role, you will manage food and beverage sales, ensure a clean, organized front-of-house environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for every guest, supporting our mission to serve quality food in a lively and friendly atmosphere. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations with precision and integrity Upsell menu items or products to increase sales and promote specials or new offerings Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring food safety compliance Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while supporting food service operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic setting!
