Kitchen help/Cashier

Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, following established recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting with basic cooking tasks under supervision Handle cash register transactions accurately, process payments, and provide friendly service to customers Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper food handling and storage procedures Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with kitchen staff and serving customers promptly Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly advantageous Familiarity with menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is desirable Skills in knife handling, meal preparation, catering support, and serving are beneficial Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices is essential Prior kitchen experience or culinary background will help you excel in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality food service while fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
