Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pizza Phones/Cashier Expediter, where you'll be the vital link between our kitchen and customers! In this energetic role, you'll handle incoming phone orders with enthusiasm, coordinate food preparation with precision, and ensure a smooth flow of orders from the kitchen to our valued guests. Duties Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, taking accurate orders with enthusiasm and clarity Coordinate between the kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Expedite orders by organizing and prioritizing food items for efficient assembly and presentation Assist with cashier duties, processing payments accurately and providing friendly customer service Support food handling and preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests Maintain a welcoming environment by engaging positively with customers and team members Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, or culinary activities is a plus Experience in customer service roles, especially in hospitality or hotel settings, is advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is desirable Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to grow their culinary and customer service skills.
