Duties Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Manage cash handling duties accurately during ticket sales, concessions, or event transactions Assist with event management activities, including setting up and coordinating guest experiences Support guest services by answering questions, providing directions, and resolving minor conflicts promptly Engage with children and families to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, including lifeguard responsibilities if applicable Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations, food service areas, and common spaces Participate in public speaking or promotional activities to enhance guest engagement and event participation Requirements Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is preferred Lifeguard certification or experience is highly desirable for safety responsibilities around pools or water features Strong communication skills for public speaking and guest interaction Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently in a busy setting Experience managing conflicts or resolving guest concerns positively Working knowledge of event management or theater operations is a plus Comfortable working with children and engaging in lively environments while maintaining safety standards Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality, safety, and fun!
