Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Handle cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Upsell products and promote store specials or promotions to enhance sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, ensuring a welcoming environment Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for handling transactions accurately Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members Experience in customer service roles that involve upselling or product demonstrations will stand out

Pay:
