Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism Upsell products such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance sales opportunities Conduct product demos when applicable to promote new or featured items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including stocking shelves and merchandising displays Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity, balancing registers at shift end Assist with grocery store-like duties such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and product rotation Provide friendly phone etiquette when taking orders or answering customer questions over the phone Supervise or assist new team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively Experience in grocery stores or convenience stores is beneficial for understanding retail environments Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform merchandising tasks effectively Join us in creating a lively, customer-focused environment where your energy makes a difference!
