WHAT YOU WILL DO

Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service Handle ticket sales and general sales Assist customers in our consignment store and guests using our skill games Operate and process transactions through our POS system Help receive, organize, price, and maintain inventory Consistently maintain clean, organized guest and work areas Assist with opening/closing duties, concerts, special events, and high-volume nights Work as part of the team wherever help is needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong customer-service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Dependable, high-energy team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse guest population. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and record keeping. POS and cash-handling experience preferred. Retail, hospitality, inventory-control, or customer-service experience is a plus. Skill-game experience is helpful, but not required. Ability to perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy environment consistently. Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and extended periods of standing or walking. Excellent conflict-management skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Reliable transportation required. Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays.
