Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain a clean and tidy seating area/store.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed

Skills:

• Strong math skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of retail math, such as calculating discounts, sales tax, and change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and pricing
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others

Note:

Experience in a kitchen or bussing role may be beneficial but not required for this position.
