Crew Member - Back of House (BOH) / Cashier Job Summary Taco Palenque is looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking Crew Members who can support both Back of House (BOH) and Cashier operations . Cashier candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable communicating with customers and team members. Key Responsibilities BOH /

Kitchen:

Prepare food according to Taco Palenque recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Properly handle, store, and prepare food. Work efficiently as part of a team.

Cashier:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Answer questions about menu items and assist customers. Maintain a clean and organized cashier area. Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish . Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams.

Qualifications Cashier:

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish . Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Willingness to perform both BOH and cashier duties as needed. $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
