Role:
At Party City, we help customers celebrate life's special moments — and our Team Members make it all possible! We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail and love helping people party.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist customers with balloons, costumes, decorations, and party supplies
  • Operate registers and handle transactions accurately
  • Inflate balloons and create custom bouquets
  • Restock shelves and keep the store looking great
  • Help with seasonal setups and product displays
  • Ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all
What We're Looking For:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
