Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process fuel sales, retail purchases, and payments Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and ensuring transaction accuracy Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and convenience store items to maintain an organized shopping environment Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store items and enhance sales opportunities Assist with grocery store functions such as stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries and direct them appropriately Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations Supervising experience or ability to oversee daily station operations when needed Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities for diverse customer interactions Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of grocery store procedures, merchandising, stocking, and product demos Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product promotion strategies Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a retail setting while delivering top-notch service.
