Job Description
Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por
Understand and show guests how to use the features and offerings within the TargetAppincluding Wallet. + Know and speaktothe benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest andassistwith application,sign-up, and signing inas needed. + Scan and bag all guest items efficiently,accuratelyand in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices. + Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time whilemaintainingguest service and accuracy. + Be familiar withOrder Pick-Up, Drive Up andonlineordering,and know how to direct the guest to enroll, activate and use these features. + Attempt every returnor exchangeand follow register prompts;partnerwith immediateleaders as needed to help solveissuesfor the guestwhile following Target's policies and procedures. + Maintain a clean, clutter free work areabygatheringunpurchaseditems, baskets, and hangersfor removal. + Stock supplies during storeopenhours while being availablefor the guest. + Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance. + Work in a safe mannerat all times;comply withall safety policies,best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. + Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) Orders,DUReturns andmaintaina compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and localadult beveragelaws. + All other dutiesbasedon business needs.
