FOH Team Member

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic front-of-house team member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the café area. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and café counters Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience Uphold a positive team environment by supporting colleagues as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices is essential Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Front of House Team Member, where your contributions will help create memorable experiences for our customers!
