The Night Attendant oversees the well being of the building and its operation during the night shift. Keeps front desk and lobby areas vacuumed and dusted. Collect trash from receptacles throughout the community and disposes of them in dumpster Answers the telephone. Delivers newspapers to residents' doors. Responsible for successful completion of the daily Evening/Night Shift Duty List. Successful candidate possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and ability to be be self-directed in decision making and emergent situations.
